After the release of Mafia II in 2010, this game is the first main entry in the series of Mafia games. The game set in an imaginative city of New Bordeaux centered on New Orleans. The story of the game follows a criminal, Lincoln Clay. Lincoln works with Sal and Giorgi to steal money from the Louisiana Federal Reserve but they cheat him and leave Lincoln to die. Lincoln was rescued by Father James, Lincoln’s friend. Later, he takes his revenge from Giorgi and Sal. In the end, Lincoln was given the choice of either to live a simple life and leave New Bordeaux or control the power of the city.
The game contains missions full of shooting, exploration, and adventure. The player can explore either the world either by foot or with vehicles.
