The story begins when Chloe encounters the mercenary Asav and his private army, who seems to be looking for the very same artifact.

Asav and his men overpower Chloe and she finds herself locked up in a prison cell. She is soon joined by her old friend, Nadir. Together they hatch a plan to escape and prevent Asav from finding the last piece of the Tusk and using it to unleash havoc on the world.
