This single player game is a detective game in which the player Charles W. Reed (a navy sailor) investigates and explores different pieces of evidence and clues. The location featured in the game is affected by flood and the player is provided with a boat to reach other places and also the player can swim. The game allows the controller to use advanced weapons and tools to kill other creatures. The game shows a haunting town, Oakmont.
