Lost Planet is a video game which contains genre of the third-person shooter. It is promoted by Capcom. The game was issued on Thursday 21 December 2006 for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Nintendo 3DS, and Microsoft Windows for PC games.
The story of game set in T.C. -80 when life on Earth becomes very difficult. NEVEC Company decides to colonize on the planet E.D.N. III. When they reached the planet, they face an alien race called Akrid. Before human starts colonization there, Akrid force humans to leave the planet. NEVEC design mecha, the first Vital Suit (VS) for the fight against Akrid. Military people of E.D.N. III continue their mission to find snow pirates by collecting thermal energy from the bodies of Akrid. The colonization struggles to survive by facing the betrayals and severe conditions of the planet.
In Lost Planet, the player can handle the group of warriors referred to as Snow Pirates and combat against the Akrid. This 3D game provides action and adventure.
