A Plague Tale: Innocence is a yarn of two siblings Amicia and her younger brother Hugo. The game established on their lives and their fight for survival during the initial period of the Hundred Years War and Black Death. The game is a succession of survival puzzles. It consists of strategies to frighten the gang of hungry rats and to direct them towards fatal knights. The main technique to frighten the rats is with the help of fire. The player will handle the movements of Amicia. She can use special supplies and ammunition for prevention. It includes fire-starting sulfur stones which help to explode braziers. Hugo can perform certain tasks when Amicia is engaged in performing another task.
