A little youngster, known as “The Girl in the Yellow Raincoat”, awakens in the Nest, a huge manor that dwells on a tall, limited island, and endeavors to discover an exit plan. En route, she experiences Six from the first game; Nomes; the since a long time ago outfitted, wheelchair-fortified Craftsman; the crunching, cuffed Butler who has supernatural forces; and the Mistress, a youthful silver-haired young lady who is the proprietor of the Nest. After arriving at the principal floor, the Girl unintentionally breaks one of the Mistress’ dolls produced using the assortments of the caught youngsters, driving the Mistress to shout for the Butler as she comes up short on the Nest. The Girl is then driven out of the Nest by the Butler and with Six’s assistance, escapes into a shed on the opposite side of the island yet unwittingly bolts Six out, confusing her with the Butler. The Girl finds the Mistress crying over the doll that the Girl broke, who, after observing her, gives pursue. At a certain point, the Girl Spares Six from tumbling down a bluff. The Mistress jumps at the Girl, causing them both to fall into the sea where they probably suffocate. The story closes with the Girl’s waterproof shell rising up out of the sea and Six moving down the island to getaway. It is inferred that Six recuperated the Girl’s parka, which she later wears in Little Nightmares.
